I had an overall pleasant stay at the Best Western University Inn in Fort Collins. The location right across from Colorado State University was a huge plus for me, making it super convenient for my visit. While the clean and comfortable room contributed to a good experience, I did notice some noise issues that could be disruptive for light sleepers.
